A Chmpion maintain focus. Focus has much power that if you have it,
sometimes you will not know when you hit your target, but if you lose
focus somsetimes it may curse you to start afresh again which is always
painful espacially when you have gone far.
Take note: Focus speeds up your goal achievement,
but lack of focus delays your goal achievement.
THINGS TO AVOID
Frieds of different mindset.
Avoid friends that are not compactible with your goal, for example:
if you want to be a doctor, dont keep friends who are traders.
If you want to be an international business man, dont keep frienda
who are footbollers. Do not keep friend who do not have the same
passion with you.
Books.
Do not read books that has nothing to do with your goal,
if you do, you will lose focus
Places you go.
Mind the kind of places you spend quality time. If you spend quality
time in dico hall, party, etc, you are inviting failure.
Keep and stay close to all availabe things that can help you achieve your
goal.

HOW TO LAY YOUR GOAL DOWN
Before i talk about laying your goals down, i must tell you how to discover you goal.
In the mind of every normal human there is a burning desire about something,
it can be; becoming the best singer, doctor, teacher, politician, pilot, footballer
manager of a company, accountant, buying a car, building a house, getting married,
it can be anything, small or big,
it can be short or long time goal, which ever one it is, as long as
it burns in your mind like fire,
that is your goal. Whenever you see someone in that position or doing that thing you feel
like you are the one doing it, you have so much passion for it, thought of it consumes you,
you feel like you are there already. You just dicovered your goal i can see.
Now that you have discoverd your goal(s) target in life, lets talk about how to lay them down.
1. Write them down in a sheet of paper clearly.
2. Attatch time frame to each of them, like days, weeks, months, years depending on the type of goal.
3. Arange them in their order of importance. (first thing first.)
4. Pest it on your wall, door, office, anywhere at all you can see it often.
Now its time to run with. See you on the track.

QUALITIES OF CHAMPIONS
GOAL GETTING.
Champions are goal getters. what is a goal? a goal is that thing you are tageting to achieve within a perticuler time frame. so when you see a man with a goal taget, you have seen a champion in making.
Most people are living their lives without even one goal, they are just living this life anyhow and that is
why they dont achieve any tangable thing before they die.
Look at this: A man without a goal in this life is like a footballer playing in the field without a goal post. That thing you want to get is you goal post and if you do not have one, even if you drible all the players including the keeper your dribling is meaningless because there is no goal post to score.
You are only celebrated when you score a goal in life and that is when you can be called a champion.
Do you have a goal? if you do, please run with it do not let anything or any person defocus, dicaourage or run you down because you are on your way to becoming a champion. If you fall, dont stay down stand up
and keep striving. One day you will achieve your goal and become a champion.
But if you do not have a goal, please i beg of you to lock yourself up in your room, get angry and think of something tangible you need to achieve. let me tell you, life is too short to gaze about, you better start something on time before it becomes late to do anything, it does not matter how small, champions doese not always start big. It is said that "little dropes of water make a mighty occeaon" it may take a long or short time but how long doese not matter but what matters is that you achieve your goal at last.

REMEDIES FOR BODY ODOR 2
2. During the detoxification therapy, take herbs and supplements such as:
• Stringing nettle for blood purification.
• Sage tea to stop excessive sweating.
• Zinc up to 5mg daily.
• High potency vitamin b complex
• Digestive enzymes
• Chlorophylls are very essential.

Heavy sweating (perspiration), which may occur under the arms, groin palms, sole of the feat and fore-head. And this may result from:
I. Hormonal charges during puberty intense emotional stress may stimulate the sweat glands under the armpit of groin to produce excessive sweat.
II. Excess iodine in the body may cause sweaty hands.
III. Prolonged wearing of nylon socks and shoes etc.
IV. Change of stage in life, such as menopause.
An offensive body odor is produced when the rapidly growing bacterial or fungi attack the sweat that is produced. Night sweat should be properly investigated in order to rule out serious health problems like tuberculosis and syphilis.
Body odor may be as the result of poor personal hygiene.
International pollution associated with constipation.
Intake of some food like garlic, onion, fish, eggs, red meat, excessive caffeine, fried and baked food items that contain rancid fats and oil.
