PERSISTENCE


One of the keys to success is persistence. No successful person ever made it just in one day; neither did they pick it on a Plata of gold. The road to success is never easy you must pass through fire and thorns, which i call your time of test because there is no testimony without a test. Before you can become successful in life you must fall many times and rise many times. It takes a person with persistence to break through the tick walls that leads to success.

There is no crown without a cross. Quitters have never achieved anything in life; let me tell you no matter how tough it may be, it must end one day because it started one day. Whenever you are faced with a huge challenge, don’t be discouraged, persist, keep striving until you overcome it. Even if it may seem that you have failed, refuse to accept failure because it is only when you accept failure that you have really failed, and know this, “success is not certain and failure is not also certain.” Roberth H. It is always said that the patient dog eats the fattest bone. Don’t be in hurry but keep persisting and apply faith. Check out this illustration of an Asian bamboo which even after five years of watering, weeding and fertilizing is barely visible above the ground. Then in a span of about six weeks, it grows two and half feet a day to 90 feet and higher. It grows so fast that you can literally hear it growing. May I ask? Did the bamboo grow 90 feet in six weeks? Obviously it grew 90 feet in five years, for all the time when its growth wasn’t visible it was developing a massive root system that will later support its magnificent growth.

Check your life now, have you planted? Have watered? Have you weeded? Have you fertilized? If you have done all this things and nothing seem to be happening, keep watering and fertilizing, you are developing strong roots that will sustain you when you grow. Let me tell you this: the reason why you should not quit is that when you feel like quitting is when you are closer to your success. Do not look at that your present Circumstance that way, it is just a refinery machine that is making you, because you are a raw material and must pass through processes to become a finished goods.
